Workers Compensation and Workers’ Compensation DMP Posters Employers must post their workers’ compensation certificate of payment. Employers receive this from the North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance. Employers must post the DMP poster if they use a designated medical provider network – Obtain from Designated Medical Provider.
